Hi everyone, I recently had DirecTV installed with an HR34 and 2 C31 clients. Everything seems to works perfectly except for when I try to schedule a future recording on DirecTV.com or through the iPad app, it shows up as failed in the history with error "The recording (id #) has been cancelled because an identical program has already been scheduled. (3011)" If I try to record something live through the app or online, the DVR starts recording within a few seconds, also VOD programs scheduled to download through the App or online work fine. I've tried a DVR reset, spoke with tech support and they mentioned its not not a known issue and escalated it to engineering. Wanted to check here if anyone has been through this and have any suggestions ?
