Stuart, let me please point out that the title of this thread is Issues/Discussion. So if you need to limit it to issues only would humbly suggest you change the title.

    HR24-200
    Version 0x3E3
    Report: 20100705-2CD4

Video and audio lockup after watching two hours of locally recorded material with 30-second slips and FF x4 during that time. Menu restart.

EDIT - After I pushed the dash key and before the restart took full effect, the video began to play for a fraction of a second in the display that was showing in the top right corner while menus are displayed. That was weird.

I have no issues to report, just wanted to comment that the H24 is working just like it should. I know this is a customer candidate and I think the H24 is ready for the public.

Well, though my H24-200 seems to be functioning fine watching live TV and as a client for my 2 HR's, it has been having a tendency of just resetting itself for no apparent reason. I will look at it and the face plate lights are on, it had been in standby, and when I apply power to the TV, the H24 reboots. It has done this at least 4 times since the first ce push. I did not send a report tonight, but have on earlier occasions.

That makes me wonder if you have defective hardware. With it happening both before and after the push it sounds like a software build was not the cause. I know I have not had that issue, mine doesn't even turn on for a software push (which is the good way, a regular user should never know his unit was updated)

    HR24-200

In searching through my recording history looking for a show I thought I had set to record, I found several entries that read "Recording canceled, error holding onto show 45/0/0"

I'm not sure what that means or if I should report it.

Since I've set up my new Samsung 3D TV, I've been having fun playing with all the 3D goodies. The issue that I reported in the last release still persists (when putting graphics on the screen, 3D goes to 2D, and the menu/progress bar is fuzzy), but I have a new "issue."

When my HR24-200 is connected directly to my TV, when I tune to a 3D program, either live or recorded, the TV automatically detects that it is a 3D feed, and switches into the proper (side by side) mode. When I put my Onkyo HT-RC260, with HDMI 1.4a, in the middle, tuning to a 3D signal no longer triggers the automatic switch to 3D mode on the TV. I have to manually switch the TV to the proper mode.
I would normally discount this as the A/V receiver causing the issue, BUT, when I start 3D games on my PS3, also hooked through the A/V receiver, the TV automatically switches to the proper 3D mode. I have no idea how the HR24/PS3 signals the TV that it is sending 3D, but it would appear that the HR24 may not be "sending the signal long enough" to account for the delay in the receiver. Just my thoughts and observations.
