Should I call DTV and find out what is going on? My HR20-700 is connected to the internet.
Your not likely to get any satisfaction calling D*.
Do you have "On Demand" in your menu?
Do you have "All Channels" activated in your Favorites?
Can you tune to Channel 1000?
Do you have online access to your recent account activity? If so, do you see any $0.00 line item charges to your account?

D* needs to activate that zero charge first
Which receiver and which software?
Actually I lucked out and I called D* and got a hold of a csr that knew what I was talking about. In a few minutes she put on the 0.00 charge on my account. My guide is now populating with the channels and their shows!!
