KFOR is owned by the New York Times, so don't hold your breath.

I can't remember what market it is, but they own one station out west, and it's the one that D* doesn't carry in that market. Go figure.

Actually I have been researching this a bit.

New York Times sold 9 stations including OKC stations KFOR and KAUT to a group called OakHill Capital. The deal is supposed to close May 6, 2007.

Here is the source for this:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oak_Hill_Capital_Partners

    Here is there website:
    http://www.oakhillcapital.com/

They created a group called Local TV LLC in January 2007. Here is the source for that:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_TV_LLC

And here is there official website:
    http://www.localtvllc.com/

I found an area to send an email and comments as well as a phone number to contact Pam Taylor the CFO.

    Here is the link: http://www.localtvllc.com/pressroom/

I have done so and would encourage you to do the same.....Hope it works.

I emailed the future owners along with the current head at KFOR, but have not heard squat from anyone. I have settled that maybe one day I will wake up and it will be on.
