Any new customers getting SF for free? I called and referenced the email offer and the CSR could not give me free SF. He looked at every offer available in the system for my new account and could not find a way to give it to me. It seemed like he really wanted to help me, and kept apologizing saying he wished he could do it.

Will it do any good to call back and try another CSR or am I out of luck?

thats a total load of horse crap. when i signed up last december, i only had the final weekend left of ST. I called a few times asking for St for free for the last weekend and SF. every time i got "theres no way we can do that, its 40 bucks for one weekend, period"...kept calling, finally got someone that knew their you know what froma hole in the ground, and said "sure we can give you the last weekend free for both"...so before i even got installed i had St and Sf for the last weekend. just keep trying dude. reference the other thread with the special number and try calling that. again it all depends on what office and what CSR in that office you get routed to.

Well, I called back tonight and didn't bother mentioning the email offer. This time, I just said I was interested in NFL ST, and I wanted to make sure I got the games in HD. I then said I read on some forums that people were getting the SF for free and asked if he could do that for me. The CSR put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said he could do it. So, it is possible for new customers.

I just ordered ST with Superfan for free. The CSR was very nice and added ST for 249.00 and SF for 0.00.

I just ordered NFL ST and was told I could have the SF for free. Online under My Setup -> Current Setup it says I have "NFL Sunday Ticket" under My Sports Subscriptions, but "Superfan" is not listed. Also, My Account -> Account Details -> Activity Since Last Bill it lists "NFL SUNDAY TICKET - charge" for $269, but no line for Superfan at $0.00 as some have mentioned.

How can you tell if you have SF on your account?

again, go online and check your account. go into the section where you can ADD sports programming. if you see SF there available to add, then it is NOT on your account. the answer to your question is, yes there should be a line on your "recent activity" section that shows SF and SF HD being added. better call back...again.....

Wasn't there... called back and the CSR said it had been submitted to a supervisor to add it. The CSR on the phone had the necessary privs, so he added it himself. Checked back a minute later and SF was there with a price of $0.00. :)
