Living in Atlanta, get a dish 1000.2 or 1000.4?

I've got an unusual situation that I'm hoping someone here will know more about than Dish CNS. I currently have dish HD from satellites 110, 119, and 129.

I take one of my Dish DVR 622 receivers from my house tailgating but have never had success hitting 129. Is it possible to buy a Dish 1000.4 and use the 61.5 instead to get my channels? I can't figure out if the receiver can be switched back and forth at will. My other option is to get a Dish 1000.2, but i'm still wary of that 129 satellite.

Add a dish 500 to your setup and aim it at 61.5.

Yes, your receiver can be switched back and forth, but the 1000.4 dish is harder to aim and is funkier than most dishes due to the tight spacing of 72.5/77 and because of how the LNB is offset. It's not a problem with a higher-end meter, but for the average person without a meter, it's tough.
