I recently posted this on Directv forums, but thought I'd check here, the BEST place for answers!

My local channels started freezing a few times a day about a month ago. I had whole home installed last September and got a new dish. The installer had trouble getting the signal zeroed in, but eventually got it. Now, 9 months later, I'm having problems on my local channels. Below are the readings I got yesterday from my receiver. Any ideas on what is causing my problems?
