That leaves just a handful of people left that go to libraries. They might want to loosen up if they want to keep their customers.

Hmmmm. I'll leave the puns go, too many, too ripe..... But I wonder if there are libraries in Iraq or Iran, which would: A.) Uphold the ban, or B) if caught in the same situation there, what member(s) would be removed?

Growing up, my family called the bathroom "the library" because of all the reading matter in there.

Seems like the most appropriate place for this guy to be.

I was going to say the "Bong Recreation Area", but that's more Kenosha.

I think Video Magazine was published in Racine, or where I had to send payment back in the 80's.

    That was probably Western Publishing.

J I Case was from Racine, they still have a small presence here as CNH.
SC Johnson Wax is from Racine.
    Dremel
In-Sink-Erator is at home in Racine

Two things come immediately to mind

    1) Racine was home to the Racine Belles back in the 1940's, An All-American Girls Professional Baseball team. The Belle's won the league's first championship in 1943.

    2) John Dillinger & his gang robbed a bank in Racine back in the early 1930's.

Technically No The movie (fictional story about real places, events, etc.) centered around the ladies of the Rockford Peaches. Racine was where one of the lead players was traded to late in the season and who ultimately faced Rockford in the championship game.

Contrary to the movie Racine did not play Rockford in the 1943 Championship but rather Kenosha while Rockford finished in last place.

This wasn't a punishment. It is just a condition of his bond. As such, if he goes into a library, it is not that he will get a charge for that, however, he could have his bond revoked.
