As long as it is a condition of 'BOND' they may be able to. It really is no different than if you were arrested for DUI and a judge says you can not operate a motor vehicle while out on bond and awaiting trial. If you violate the terms your bond can be revoked and taken into custody until you're case is resolved (unless your Lindsay Lohan)
Yup. It's a condition of his bond, so they can set any conditions that they want.
