I am missing SpikeHD, SyfyHD and History HD on all of my receivers. I am getting 771 "Searching for Satellite" on all of those channels. Any ideas what this could be?

Check your signal strengths. I'm betting you have zero's on either 99 or 103

    99c: all 80 or better
    99s: 1, 3 & 5 - 0; 16 & 19 in the 30s, everything else is good
    103s: 1, 3, 4, 5, 15, 17, 21, 23 & 24 - 0, everything else is good
    103c: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 - 0, everything else is good

So I am assuming since I have several 0's that is a bad thing...now how does that happen, and what can I do to fix it. This problem just started a week or so ago.

Are of your HD Receivers and DVRs showing this same problem on both tuners?

If so, the problem is likely at your dish. Check your coax cable connections at the dish and ground block.

I will check all of the connections. So you don't think it is a defective lnb or multiswitch?

    Broken...
Basic troubleshooting procedure. Checking connectors and cables is easy and quick for you to do. Unless you have a spare LNB or multiswitch on hand, leave those for later and eliminate the easy things first.

I have checked all connectors, replaced the multiswitch & lnb and re-aligned the dish...I am getting high 90's for all transponders on 101 and high 80s or 90s for most transponders on both 99s. BUT for the 103(s) I am getting all 0s, and 103(c) im in the 70s. I am missing random channels such as Nat Geo, Sci & Speed. Is it just an alignment issue at this point? I don't see how I could be getting such high numbers for 101 and 99, but totally missing 103. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, it could be alignment. Probably the tilt is slightly off.

Go to The test channels 490-494. If any fail then that will tell you the source of your problem. Check the LNB for the one that fail. As well as the alignment.
