I have paid for the MLB package for every year, including a monthly payment on my April and May bills. It shows up in my programming on my statement. I was receiving it but all of a sudden I couldn't get it Friday.It was grayed out in the guide and I got the 721 message. I called and they resent the info and I was able to get it Friday night. Could not get it again last night. Same thing. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with two different people who tried resending the authorization, had me reset one of my receivers and nothing worked. They sent it up to a higher person who is supposed to call me today. Anyone else having this problem?
