I just purchased an HR20 and was wondering if its possible to pull recorded content off the HR20 via network cable or USB onto a PC or Mac. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Your best bet is to capture the content by playing it from the HR20 and connecting the HR20 to the PC via component or some other manner and retrieve it on the PC using a capture card. This works since on playback, all outputs work at the same time. You do have to play it to be able to copy it.

Sorry but no CAT5 or firewire options exist.
