Yes you could parallel another WB616 and use four DC power pass splitters of sufficient bandwidth to cover the 250-2150 Mhz down-converted Ka/Ku LNB frequency block.

But its just not a wise decision for future-proofing. Except for SD only installs DIRECTV has moved away from the older multiline and switch legacy installs exclusively in favor of SWiM for all HD installs. For instance their newest receivers, the HR25 and HR34 HMC, support SWiM only.

You could, but you're also going to be adding more loss, which might need a amp to compensate.
Going with a SWiM-16 with another cascaded [if needed] would give better signals.

Thanks guys i did think of that im just worried that the frat house wont want to pay the price for hardware and my time you know. one question regarding the frat house they have 20 receivers would i use 2 swm 32s so this way all 20 receivers can be upgraded to swm hddvr receivers in the future? the Beverly hills job im going to recommend going with swim now for that job im worried about loss only because the location is in the basement of the building and the fact that there's already a Sonora amp on the existing 6x16 now
