Nothing too earth shattering this morning but here are a few items to get the day started. We might have another update later today on some other things cooking. :)

The House Telecommunications and Internet Subcommittee will hold a hearing for mark-up of legislation reauthorizing the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act (SHVIA). More about that HERE.

Richard DalBello, the newly-installed president of the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association, seems to not like recent legislation that bans satellite radio from doing local traffic and weather. See more HERE.

Echostar seems to be making transponder changes at their 157-degree orbital location as part of an upcoming auction. More HERE.

    UPDATE
Darkman has posted info from today's Dish Network retailer chat. You can view the summary HERE.

    Have a great day!
