When will the games and channels become available on my DVR to set up recording?

Not sure if it will be on before sunday but i think it will. Watch out for those early morning recordings like around 5.00am till 10.00 am. Mine always would pick up those early recording of directv symbols. I use auto record and would have to go through the to do list and delete them.

The CBS games are already in the guide. The FOX games? Maybe they got distracted because their website has it.

How often do blackouts happen when you have ST? Do the games air on ST the same time that the team schedules say?

Last year there were 22 blackout games for the entire season.

Some game times will change for some teams due to network moves & flex scheduling.

Its only blacked out if its in your market obviously.

Like if the TB Bucs are in your market then your looking at mucho blackouts this year.

If its your market then other than actually going to the game or driving to a town out of market that gets the game....thats about it.

Sorry I have asked so many questions. This is my first year with ST and I want to know what I am in for before opening day.

I live in the Orlando/Melbourne FL market. These are the teams I would like to see. How good are my chances?

    1 Miami Dolphins
    2. Carolina Panthers
    3. New England
    4. Dallas
    5 Bears

Well teams 2 thru 5 you get all the games.
Like i said blackouts only affect you if its your home market team & those arent so even if they were to blackout you would still get their games anyways.

I dont know if the dolphins are considered in your market ?

If they arent you will get all their games regardless if they are blacked out or note.
If they are in your market than you will not get the non sold out blacked out games.

Tampa is the team they show the most here.

I thought they would have the DTV guide showing all the games for Sept 12. A lot still showing TBA. Teams 2-5 I was hoping to set up to record.

Well, they still have plenty of time to set them up in the guide. They will appear soon enough.

If you get the Orlando locals then the Bucs and Jags are your local teams subject to black outs. I get the Orlando local channels and don't remember any black out problems getting Dolphin games on the NFLST channels.

Some of the week 1 (9/12) NFL ST games started showing up in my guide last night. The channel descriptions still say "USOPHD" and are the 704 -> 707 range, but not all the games are listed yet.

Will the Panthers game be listed soon in the Sunday ticket channels?

I bet by Wednesday the games will be there. What's the hurry? If you'll be gone, then use online DVR scheduler. ;)

Nope, they do have what they call "shortcuts" that air the next couple days which cuts out all the non game play action, giving you the game in 30 minutes.

Guess I will need to use my SD DVR in the bed room to record the remaining games I want to see.

Or if you can afford it, get that replaced with another HD DVR, get Connected Home/Whole Home DVR service then you have four HD tuners to use and can watch the the HD games you recorded in the bedroom on the other room.
