Anyone try this streaming through a PS3? How's the quality?

I think next year I'll consider getting mlb.tv and stream it through my PS3. Drop extra innings and save some cash at the same time. Also like the flexibility of mlb.tv. Game replays, condensed games and like the idea of watching games though my laptop when I'm on the road.

It's PQ is not near Directv. You notice compression on the screen.

+1 No reason to get nasty with a CSR OR send a nasty email off due to this.

For real. Baseball season is 162 games per team....all this anger over like 3 games blacked out. It's funny, IMO.

This has nothing to do with DTV. This is ESPN fault that they forgot to tell DTV about this. Sorry man, there nothing you or DTV can do because, ESPN screw up. wow man. look like you were wrong in what you did.

Let's say you get EI to follow 1 team. EI cost about $200. That's about $1.23 per game. WoW, a whole $1.23 you're out. Now, let's say you follow every game. There's combined 2,430 games in a season...$0.08/games. Missing 3 today equals 24 cents you're out.

The ESPYs ARE being tape delayed right now on ESPN2 so I wonder if that is the true reason for the blackouts.

No west games on indemand, either. It's not Directv's wrong doing!

That's not really the point here. The point is that there is no reason for the games to not show up. I'm not saying yell at a CSR but this is inexcuseable.

I agree that it isn't D*'s fault, but it's inexcusable.

If this is true, this is pretty inexcusable. I would be asking for money back.

Who cares? People pay enough money to this, no reason why they should be out of any more money.

From who? It's not Directv's doing. InDemand isn't showing them on cable/Uverse/Fios, either. How much? The $0.24 you're out?

As a carrier of MLB EI, don't DTV have some responsibility to follow up on this stuff?

If its .24, then ask for it back, considering your paying how much for this package anyways. And as I said, these companies have MLB EI, Don't they have responsibilities to follow up on possible changes. Its not like ESPN made this change today.

What pisses me off is when the games are available on MLB.com and not on the package. We're paying a hell of a lot more to have our games blacked out.

There you go!!!!! This cost big money these days to get and yet they rip us off!!!! Yet if we had subscriptions to mlb.com right now we could be watching them at this time if Im correct without being blacked out???? That should tell you something is WRONG here!!!! some one isnt doing their job and we are getting ripped off at the same time!
