I looked for an answer to this but no luck. Can anyone explain why some of the very old movies 10-20 years old maybe have a charge sometimes on demand? I assume that is what the $ means.

I mean I just looked quickly and the old movie "48 Hours" shows a $. Why would there be a charge for a movie that show everyday on network television?

    Thanks.
