Looking to save money. I currently have two R-22's but can live with one. Is there a way I can view the one DVR in two rooms?

    Yep, a number of ways.

All the outputs are active, so you can connect it in the LR via component and run HDMI or RCA to the Kitchen, for example

But both TVs would be watching the same thing. Also make sure that if you want remotes and the two TVs are divided by walls, to use RF remotes for both.

I use a wireless video sender set to send a composite video feed from my HR22-100 to a 13" TV in the kitchen. I got mine at X10.com, but you can find them at RadioShack and at many online stores.
