    Anyone else getting this
    "Our systems are temporarily unavailable. Please try again at a later time."


    Maybe they are turning on remote schedueling

    I had the same problem yesterday. I got that error when I attempted to log in with firefox, but was able to log in with internet explorer. Now I'm able to log in with both.

    Okay, but the issue is that the General DirecTV is website is off-line...


    And no... they are not turning on Remote Booking...

    I'm getting the message using Firefox at 11pm CDT. I then switched to IE and logged in immediately. It's clearly browser related.

    I don't think so. I am getting this message with both Firefox and IE.

    Our systems are temporarily unavailable. Please try again at a later time.


    If you are set up for the system to "remember" you, it logs in initially, with no problem. When you try to access any of the secure stuff, which requires that you log in again, it gives the error. Like I said, this happens with both browsers, and it seems to be intermittent with both browsers.

    After several failed attempts, it now works with both.

    Just tried, I can get in. Yes, I have seen the problem with logging in on the secure site page, I usually just log out and log back in from the main page.

    I've been getting this message for more than four weeks now. Five calls to Customer Service... no one has any idea what's going on or how to help. They've reset my password (not the problem = didn't help) and transferred me to a half-dozen different departments. On the last call (placed by my wife, not me) they said they would have a supervisor look in to it and e-mail us when it was resolved.

    That was last Thursday. :(
