Here is a different look at what some of the changes could be. I got this from my Congressman's office and was told it had not been released to the public. I read this last night and it seems to cover alot of the options they have with the reauthorization of this.

One thing I did not totally agree with was the talks of having out of market in state locals giving one of the satellite companies a advantage due to sports programming the other can not offer its customers. For me I live in Oklahoma and if I got in State locals then I could see OU or OSU basketball games but since my locals if I had them would come from Kansas and Missouri I do not get those games. To me they were saying there is a chance they might not do it beacuse people that live here that have E* in stead of D* like me would not be able to get those games that I would be getting.

There are so many things that could affect me negatively. Its going to be very interesting to see how this all turns out. I just want locals period. I dont care where they come from or if they are in HD. One last thing, in this document there is a list of all orphin counties in the US. You might want to take a look at this. Its a pretty good read.

As for the DNS feeds it looks as though they are trying to make it where we can keep them even after getting LIL. I guess time will tell.
