    Hello all-

I have an HR20-100 which is hooked up to the internet for VOD, but my tv is NOT 1080p. My wife and I are wanting to watch "Slumdog Millionaire" tonight, but I can only find it offered with the "HD 1080p" logo on it (either by viewing top movies via the On Demand menu choice, or going into the guide>guide options>Pay Per View>Movies where it is listed on channel 9981).

If I select this movie, will we still be able to watch it even though it's in HD 1080p and my TV doesn't support that?

    Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can still watch it. The DVR will convert it to the highest resolution your TV supports (likely 1080/60i). It will still look great due to the higher max bitrate and multi-pass compression.

Cool! Thanks, BattleZone. I had a feeling that I could, but I figured someone on here would be able to reassure me!
