Unusual problem. I am down in Texas from Iowa for the winter. When I got to my rental unit, I found out that the DirecTV dish I had used for 3 previous years before via movers connection had been taken down because some storm damage on the roof had needed repair. The dish was not put back up. I called DirecTV. They said I would be billed $49 plus tax which I had to pay up front. Couple days later, DirecTV service man put the dish back up & it works just fine. My question: Why wouldn't my protection plan cover this install? John H.
