Just thought I would share my experience with the Premier Protection Plan. I had a 2011 model Macbook Air and the wife spilled Coke all over it. We sent it in to be repaired and they emailed saying parts were on back order. I got another email a few days later saying a replacement had been approved. I am now typing on a brand new Macbook Air 2012 model. I figured it would be refurbished or something but no they sent a brand new one! They also refunded the $50 service fee since they didn't have it fixed in 3 days without me asking for it. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks so not to bad. I would recommend the plan to anyone with multiple tv's, laptops, tablets, etc.... and a clumsy wife.
