I saw the ad's this week...

And I am still kicking around the idea of getting the PS3... 90% because of the Blu-Ray... and 10% for PS3 (my son likes some of the exclusive games like Rachet and Clank).

Is there a link for more details about the 5 Free Blu-Ray movies by mail?
I am sure it is from a select list of titles.

You should look at the Samsung BD-P1400 BluRay player. I was able to pick one up for $299 at CC. Really nice player and supports all the next gen audio TrueHD and DTS-HD (with the exception of DTS-HD MA).
And you get the free movies.

I know... I have seen that...

But for $100 more I get a PS3 as well.

I also went with the PS3 it primarily gets used for movies and not games. We have purchased 5 or 6 games for it primarily for the grand kids. I figured get the PS3 and have both the game and blue ray player.

What's odd, is that several of the free titles were also offered free with my second HD-DVD player. That made the lousy selection even worse.

I didn't look that closely to it...

I seem to recall someone had another 5 for the purchase of a PS3 but that was before the Holidays.

    Hmmm....I was considering myself.

Having Full Metal Jacket in Blu-ray would be nice. I love that movie!

When i got my PS3 there was a different selection of movies. Belive the change the selection every two or three months. Took six weeks from the date i sent in the form to getting the movies.
