Well, I may be a very short lived DirecTV customer.... We have had two very minor "storms" the past couple days and I use the word storm loosely because I wouldn't even really call them that. Our TV went out during both and was showing 0 signal strength. So I call DirecTV and they basically said if it is raining it will interfere with the signal and there was nothing that they could do. If this is going to be the case, I will probably just ride out the first year and then back out for the second year because that is crazy. I can understand during sever storms it going out, but to tell me it is normal during normal raining is unacceptable. She didn't even want to hear that it could be a misaligned dish. I have only been a customer since July 2nd.
