Receiver Return Status

    On Oct.26th I called Direct about replacing my sd box. Since I have the Protection Plan,they quickly sent one out no problem.A few days later i received the the replacement box.I installed it,packed up the old one & dropped it off at Fedex. I made a copy of the return slip so i can keep track of the return.I shipped it Oct.30th The package has departed Hutchins, TX on Nov.1st.but,it hasn't updated since.Should I be worried? Thanks.

    Yeah, you will never see anything about that unit again ever. They give you no indication ever that they have received it or anything, Its probably their most poor systems issue that needs to be fixed.

    The only time you will need to worry about it is if you ever see a charge for it on your account, and you have enough stuff to prove you shipped it so you should not ever have any real issues.
