Has there any update to the RC71 remote for the input key so it can be used to switch inputs on a Samsung TV?

This is part of the existing RC71:

    ENTER
Press for Mini Guide while viewing your
    program and dismiss with EXIT.

ENTER also replaces TV INPUT button:
    To cycle through the equipment
connected to your TV, press and hold for
three seconds until LED light at top turns
green. Then scroll through inputs by pressing ENTER again.

I can't get the input selection to display. I have a Samsung ES6500 setup as an RVU client. Pressing enter only displays the mini guide.

Do a mute / select and enter 960 to set the TV input key.

You have to press and hold 3 secs or longer. Works fine with the RC71 in RF mode.
I have this working on two TV's with a Genie and a client.
Don't recall having to do the 960 thing with this remote but its worth a try if all else fails.

And then again, I don't have a RVU TV, so maybe the TV interface is the fault.

Works as it should with my HR44 server, but not on my RVU client. I've read where this is a bug since the beginning. Was hoping for a fix. The 960 programming didn't work.

From what I have read is it doesn't work at all with RVU clients (Samsung or Sony).
