Seattle's new Arena has an agreement and a land site

    The city of seattle, has agreed to an arena that would be able to host both NHL and NBA.

    Chris hanson is the leader of this, investing alot and also now it seems also helping out with public transportation to help traffic flow.

    As of now no word on which teams, Hanson is trying to get or not sure if expansion will happen.

    Will see, but hanson basically now has a green light to start building.

    looks like the city of seattle will pay 200m in public money, the rest is covered by hanson.

    YES YES YES... So cool.. I personally have boycotted Starbucks because of the whole selling the Sonics to Oklahoma City... Now Seattle can get back to having a nice venue for NBA.. Let's just vote a new commissioner in.
