Anybody who uses this forum or anyone on it for interaction between a company and a customer is a fool. DirecTV needs to come out of the stone ages and allow customers to interact with an online account to do EVERYTHING. Financial institutions (banks, brokerage, etc) seem to be able to do this, including archived notifications. There is NO EXCUSE for a $25B+ revenue company not to do this. Yesterday I tried to remove WH from my account online; F....ing unbelievable that one has to call to do that.
