I am 95% sure they do... and here's why. Last spring when Brodeur was chasing 551 wins the MSG+HD feed was simulcast on the NHL Network. Similarly, this fall there was a CSN Philly game available on the NHL Network. What it would appear is that when there is money on the line the "terrestrial loophole" RSNs (like CSN Philly and MSG in the case of HD) find ways to get their feed, in HD, to the NHL. Ironic how the whole "we don't distribute via satellite" is really a matter of convenience. My read on it is this: MSG has made a deal with DirecTV for MSGHD - but they won't dance with FiOS. CSN Philly made a deal with FiOS, but won't dance with DirecTV or Dish. As long as the "terrestrial loophole" is present these companies will always have a excuse of convenience so they can do business with who they want. Frankly, I don't think MSG wants their HD content available on any provider that they don't have a contract with for distribution so they don't want it on NHL Center Ice. I fear it just isn't going to happen.
