Dont call dish you wont get through wait a couple of weeks because you will get disconnected.

The whole situation is rediculos, most of the media is blaming echostar/dishnetwork for droping these stations.

In about less then two weeks DISH and Viacom will eventually have an agreement beause Viacom is going to start putting up call centers to take dish customers to competitors.

    KEEP CALLING
They keep track of all e-mails and log the calls to show the courts and competition the facts and what the people want

I agree... stop calling Dish ....AND KEEP CALLING CBS!!! AND THEIR ADVERTISERS!

You are being denied "over the air" channels that benefit the advertisers, let them know!

Uh... you don't maybe think that this is because Viacom IS the Media?

Gosh, CBS News blaming EchoStar rather than .... Viacom -their parent company - who could have predicted that?

As customers, we have the right to complain to Dish Network.

IT is Viacom who has refused to offer your programs at a reasonable rate.

IF anyone wants HIGHER rates for Viacom,
JUST choose that by switching providers.

ALL "comerical laden" programs get money for comericals.

This is not "comerical free" programing asking for more money.

This is a company who wants to extort EXTRA undeserved funds for watching their "comerical laden" shows.

Well - Noggin is commercial free 24 hrs day.

But then again, thats one of the channels Charlie feels is a waste of bandwidth.

I guess he didn't notice that they have plenty of original, commercial free children's programming :( .

It is just 6 cents per user, and DISH raised its prices 1 recently. So, Viacom is just not asking for much.

Charlie mentioned on the Charlie Chat something about $200 million more for the existing channels and $350 million more for the additional channels.
