General Discussion .. Stress Testing 8/21/2008
Do NOT vote in poll until noon PT (3pm ET)
Please vote again today if you were helping with the stress testing between 10am and 1pm PT (between 1pm and 4pm ET).
Can they do a stress test at night? How many of us can stress test during the day?
 .. These are the times I've been told .. I actually don't know what goes into the testing ..
AIR client. Or should I have voted "I'll be leaving my laptop on as it's 9:50 and I can see video right now"?
I'm sure they want to include the highest load times for the internet -- typically 1-4 PM Eastern time Monday - Friday -- unless something like the Presidential papers are released!!
fired right up today
I'm trying but having the same problems I had every day this week during the day: my work ISP (AT&T DSL) isn't playing nice with Directv. Connections stuttering out after 1 - 5 minutes, sometimes I can get it back, sometimes not. Grrrr.
2 WWW and 1 Air clients between 2 machines, all streaming like champs
Currently running 1 AIR and 2 WWW clients. Download traffic on my PC is running about 1.374 Mbits/s on a 1.5 download speed DSL with Verizon. Clients set to low picture quality to be able to run all three.
Running WWW, working like a charm! :righton:
I've got an AIR and WWW client up and running. Audio and streaming appear to be smooth and in sync.
Everything is much better today. AIR and WWW all working well. Clicking on the TEN HOU game kills the app on both AIR and WWW.
I just cranked up an AIR client ..
Started Air and www, no problem.
Opened new browser windows ad selected a different game on each.
When I logged in to the browser the 5th time, all the supercast web videos froze. This was easy to detect, as all the audio except for Air stopped.
Closed the last one, selected a different game on the 4th. Started to play. Could get only one browser window to work, so I closed the rest.
I just started the Air client up and will leaving it running until tonight.
I was able to get two browsers working along with the Air.
The third browser window just has the spinning circle over frozen video.
Any PPC users having any problems?
NO problem with my parents' iMac, but when I logged into my G5 via Back to My Mac, both the AIR and web clients are only showing the Red Zone screen...(?)
I don't have any problems yesterday and was able to see video on my G5.
It might have been iSync, after quitting out of other apps, once iSync stopped, and restarting the AIR client for the 3rd time, I've got video on both the AIR and web clients.
I have AIR on one computer and WWW running on a different one.
Both Air and WWW up and running here. I must say, ESPN is looking really good. Nice work!
