That would depend on your team. I am a Patriots fan in NY. The Pats play 4 national games plus the Jets (one of those is included in the national games) for a total if 5 games I would see without ST. So for me it is $199 for 11 games, or $18 per game.

Still even at that rate its still not to bad.. I am a Panthers fan living in PA so my choices for local coverage are the steelers (bad), the ravens (worse) or the eagles (even worse)

Nonsense. I have had either severe discounts or free ST for years. This is due to offers made to me by D* when I've called up with the express purpose of cancelling. I'm not saying it works for everyone the same, but I bet you when I get around to calling this summer I am not paying $199.
With credits I paid $150 last year. I can certainly live with $199 and not have to beg for more discounts.
My NFC team is Arizona and they are almost never on national TV.
Im guessing D* wouldnt give discounts on the standard package but might on the max.

I would guess this is an experiment on D*'s part to see if they can do better with a lower base price than with a higher price that they end up spending considerable time from their very best phone reps negotiating downwards for (I would guess) thousands of customers anyway.
Now, the reality is, they're going to spend considerable time fielding calls this year anyway, and they must know it --lots of people used to years of "lets make a deal" aren't going to give up their habits without having a go. But they might at least see some trend in year one to make them feel better about year two --at least if they hold firm on not dealing much if at all.
Anyway, interesting experiment, let's see how it goes.
Me? I'll probably wait awhile and check out the experiences reported here before I decide whether to play "Retention CSR Roulette" on getting an even better deal.
But, really, this looks like pretty reasonable pricing to me without having to deal with the usual hassle.
I always love being able to see the games on my phone. Last year there were alot of issues with it. This year they want double the price for what was previously called SuperFan. What has changed to make this package worth double the amount? I dont even want the dang Red Zone Channel. They can just keep it. Making the online and mobile portion of it half the price of the season pass but requiring us to have both seems a bit out of hand.

I only want Red Zone. I just want that. I got it free last year but I know with my recent upgrade to the HR34 (and credits on that), I know they won't give it again for free. I wish we could just get the option to buy Red Zone Channel. I'd gladly pay $100 for the season of that.
...and I'm ready for that. I've been following the NFL way before DTV and if I have to go back to catching NFL updates on the ticker.....well take me back. Been there done that.
