Thank you for the NASA in HD (false alarm)

    I checked the list in the above sticky and channel 283 is not in the list, but is currently being received in HD. Perfect timing to watch the current shuttle mission. So I must say to Directv "It was a good choice for the next HD channel!".

    Are you sure NASA channel is in HD?? It wasn't yesterday...

    I have watched on and off all day and it is SD as always for me.

    I wonder if you was watching maybe HDnet? Sometimes they carry Nasa stuff.

    283 is in SD here. HDnet showed the Shuttle launch earlier in the week and I'm assuming that's what you saw.
