    Thanks everyone for the feedback :) . trh prolly a good point. Maybe we should create a podcast channel version and put it in the iTunes directory. It just seems that desktop and even mobile applications tend to gravitate so much towards the YouTube platform and streaming vs downloaded, but still a good point. :)

    I like the refresh option instead of calling customer service, I think DirecTv should try to put more of those features on their website so customers can get more out of their service.

    The major one I can think of is ability to add and remove receivers and programing online, like we used to be able to do.

    Very well done.

    A number of these items can be somewhat "challenging" to articulate, and this does a very concise job along those lines.
