Under the new March 1st pricing Total Choice Plus is $49.99 and the five premium services(12+11+10+8+7) is $48. Adding $49.99 + 48.00=$97.99 that is $2 cheaper than the $99.99 Directv is charging. It used to be that we saved money by choosing Total Choice Premier over separate services.:) :) :)

The fine print states you can't do this - D* is sneeky!

The more you buy, the more you save!

    First Premium $12
    Second Premium $11
    Third Premium $10

Doesn't TC Premier include DVR service also? So if you have a DVR you would save $4.

Yes, but this means those without a DVR pays $2/mo more so that those that do have a DVR can save $4/mo, sounds fair to me, NOT! :(

This new TC Premier pricing scheme is just another example of "because we can" pricing.

If I was a TC Premier subscriber without a DVR I would call and complain and see what they say.

Maybe their calculator is boken.

Maybe I should just buy 4 instead of 5 premium services, Cinemax only has 3 channels. I wouldn't lose much but it would save $7/Mo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you don't get the Fox sports pack with TC Plus. I get all the Fox sports channels with TC Premier.

I think the sports pack is something like 10 bucks a month with the lesser packages.

The Sports Pak is one of the five premium services at $12 a month standalone or less with HBO, MAX, SHO or Starz.
