Since we first began getting HD locals in the Binghamton, NY market our local PBS station, WSKG, has had a minor quirk that I've more or less ignored. Every few seconds there is a audio click or tick as if there is some timing issue and the audio is skipping a bit to get back in sync.

A couple of days ago this morphed into a much more serious issue. The audio and video are now out of synch by what appears to be a few seconds, and every 8 seconds the audio drops completely for about one second. That's enough to chop out entire words of dialog and it makes music programs pretty much worthless to watch.

All the other local channels are fine so it must be something in the link from WSKG to the uplink site.

Is there any way to report technical issues of this nature that will actually get someone to look into this?
