Tony: A very minor correction on your explanation of the Youngstown Market While WNEO 45 is licensed to Alliance, Ohio, there is no "Alliance County" Alliance is located on the eastern edge of Stark County. ( Stark, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties border one another) about 15 miles Northeast of Canton. You do a great job on the EKB chart..It is much appreciated.

Looks like K TV and UDAYA are in free preview mode.

EDIT: Oops! UDAYA is not in free preview mode, but is now showing in the EPG.

That can't be right. A low power station in Ohio uplinked? :D
    (Sorry TNGTony. )

Nice to see TVGuide channel uplinked ... I've been wondering when that would be up. I watched it over at my in-laws on Memorial Day (THEY only have cable - and ditched D* for cable several years ago). I missed the EPG, but I enjoyed their pool and hot tub. :)

"G4 Tech TV" is on the air this week. No EPG change.

    Tim,

Thanks. I must have had a brain cramp! Stark county is STILL in the Cleveland market. I was thinking of Ashtabula, County. :), Not alliance.

Okay. I'll fix it as soon as I can. Front page has crashed on me 3 times tonight so far. I think the chart is reaching critical mass on my little P3 700MHz unit. I need to implement some changes suggested or break up the page or both!

    See ya

hmmm.. the new channels slowly are filling up the 7000s channel range currently..
7843 - the highest 7000s range channel now (or something like that)...

I wonder .. when the 7000 range is filled up.. (which should not be too long - the way they are going))) - where will they coninue with other new upcoming locals?

6000s range (after serius music stations)?
    5000s range?
    4000s range?
    3000s range?
    2000s range?
    1000s range?

hehe - Where.. where.. where will they go... :D

At 15 channels per market, 7850-7999 would be 150 channels or 10 more markets. With 90 or so markets to go they will go fast.
The other 80ish markets? 15 channels per market would be a range of 1200.

Yes, I know there are not 15 channels in every puny market, but E* likes to give a range. Personally I'd only give a range of 10 to each new market ... leaving 15 more in the 7000's and room for the rest in the upper 6000's. Just a guess. :)

Both of these ranges are tuneable as four digit numbers (on current software updates, most receivers). Only time will tell how 5000 will be used.

It also looks like Dish and the ABC affiliate in New Bern (Eastern Carolina - WCTI) are having a spat over the UPN digital sub-channel. Neither is uplinked this time.

Tony - boo-boo ..should be in this order:

    Instead of:
    should be:

    WCTI 7731
    WNCT 7732
    WITN 7733
    WFXI 7734
    WUNM 7737

so WCTI is uplinked - and 7731

and also at the chart (and above in Quotes) - you have 2 WCTIs (one is _DT...) - is that OK/normal?

    thought to let you know...

Thanks... The numbering threw me off. The second WCTI is the UPN secondary digital channel. Channel 48-3.

    See ya
