Being an aficionado of latin jazz it was delightful to discover last summer the three hour Sunday afternoon block of latin jazz on the Sirius smooth jazz channel. I recorded it every Sunday to listen to through the following week.

Alas, since the Sirius channel has become "Watercolors" that programming is gone. Anyone find a block of latin jazz recently?

    Best regards,
    Charles

I am curious to know how much HD space SXM recordings take up per hour c/w SD shows.

SQ for SXM is better on DISH than by SXM sat, particularly percussion on watercolors and real jazz. Compared SXM on DISH to new XMP3 in dock A/B through same home theater system yesterday.

Recommend an XMP3 if you want portability and think that the expense is worthwhile. It is like a miniature DVR (? DAR) for XM, can point and click to record shows on the XMP3 directly, or schedule with XM2go app via USB. Not as nice as the 722, but can record 5 channels simultaneously.
