Was anyone getting pixilation during the second half of the game?

I was, I was watching it via WBBM 2 on an HR21-700.

I was also seeing this during the second half of the Cowboys/Jets game on WBBM.

I was watching the Texans/Browns game via NFLST and had no problems.

Yes, there was pixilation during the game... at different points.
It was also seen during the LSU game, and during the week on some of the shows.

The pixilation was not full screen, but more like streeks in the picture...
Similar to what I have seen in the past via an OTA connection to WBBM (HR10-250, and when I test OTA on the HR20)

It was visible on all of my MPEG-4 units (HR20, HR21, and H21)
My guess, is that it is something at the reception site (since here in Chicago DirecTV receives their signal from WBBM via OTA...)

WBBM-DT is via VHF-3 which is one of the worst, most difficult frequencies to receive.

I saw the problem also. It was most apparent when the rain started up.

I saw that too. Earl's description matches what I was seeing. I've seen this before on WBBM (CBS in Chicago), so I just figured it was their issue.

Didn't see much pixelization on the Sunday Ticket feed but on my local CBS feed it was very pixelized. But then anything on my local CBS can barely be called HD anyway.

The weather was a combination of ice pellets and rain, so that might have had an impact.

    During the game sure.

But it was also occuring during the LSU game, and during some primetime programming this week.

I viewed the similar issues with CSI:Miami (on my brother's system).
And he reported the same to me on NCIS.

I had the same problem during bears game, there was freezing rain coming down outside.I checked sat signals in the high 90's,so that wasn't a problem.I switched over to my OTA feed and everything was fine no pixelation.Does anybody know when D* will have a direct link to the local stations,so we won't have anymore weather related issues?

I didn't have any issues. Must be the black helicopters there.

    Not the same.

The breakup in the signal was nearly identical to what I get on WBBM-DT OTA... as I get OTA very inconsistantly. This we partial brakeups and errors in the decode of the image.

Which since it was existant on all MPEG-4 equipment, there is a VERY high probability it is an issue at the uplink center since DirecTV receives WBBM-DT via OTA.

I didn't notice any breakups. I was switching back and forth between the ST broadcast and OTA, though.

I had no problems with bears game, but I watched just the last half. Also, channel 2 and 2-1 come it great, but I still can't get 7-1 on my receiver. The wifes receiver picks it up ok. The wifes receiver still doesn't get caller ID also. DOD works great on both.

I think they need to change it to a fiber feed or something. This happened last year around this time with the HD version of WBBM. It was almost unwatchable with all the artifacting from the weather.

Anyone that is continuing to see this issue.

I need an EXACT time that it occurs.
So that DirecTV can take a look at it.

A screen shot or two will also be helpfull.
