I love being in the loop
It looks like it getting harder to hide
Quick .. Duck .. before someone sees you.
Yes, we are in THIS loop. But how many other loops are there that we know nothing about and those people are laughing at us.
You mean like mine?
Not even the Shadow knows...
That's a relief...I already had bought a can of silver paint today, just in case.
The fact that there are in-field trials occuring... has nothing to do with any of those other announcements.
It has been confirmed by Rober Mercer a few weeks back, that there will be an HR21...
But other then the mentioning that there will be an HR21... there is nothing else to be "said" right now.
You will know when you can talk about it, when you see the new HR21 forum start, and this one is locked.
I do suggest that you all complete your First Look review though...
I know that I'm willing to help and proofread your first look if you would like.
I think that whole thread provides a plethora of robust information, photos, and other data on the HR21. Once it becomes unhidden, others will find all the information in the overall thread very helpful.
I don't have one to review
"I can neither confirm nor deny ..."
Standard language when something "classified" appears in the open press. Sometimes the press is right. Sometimes incredibly wrong.
And sometimes being in on the secret is a whole lot worse than knowing nothing about it.
The right answer for us continues to be no comment. Let Earl and Tom do the public relations, let us have the fun with the hardware.
+1... the cat is out that DirecTV will have an HR21 but nothing was mentioned that it's in test right now.
I believe I'd have to agree.
In my days: "I can neither confirm nor deny ..." was a dead give away.
I do agree that none of us should try to spin this anymore.
Let them speculate, let the thread die, or take it's natural course without "us".
I agree with VOS's statement fully.
As for having fun with the hardware, well . . . right now I've had a lot of "fun" and can't wait for the next s/w update.
HR21? What HR21? (with apologies to Marty Feldman)
I've been afraid I'd slip up in chat. So far so good.
