Is there a brick and mortar that sells the green labeled splitters? I know I can get them on eBay and other online places, but hate to pay crazy shipping costs when I just need a 2-way splitter.

I don't know of any stores that would sell them but you could try a local DIRECTV sales/service place, they may be willing to sell to you. Some of the little custom electronics stores in our area sell and install DIRECTV.

The green-labeled splitters are a CUSTOM DirecTV part, so only DirecTV suppliers or retailers would stock them. You won't find one in an electronics store or the like.

    This may help,

You may be able to get the specification and match it to a local part.

Green-labeled splitters contain extra components not found in normal splitters that are designed to ensure proper DECA communications. If you're using DECA networking, you don't want anything else.

The previous SWM splitters were good, high-grade splitters, but didn't work well enough with DECA networking that DirecTV pays to replace them. They don't do things like that for no reason.
