Doesn't the absence of something imply something more than nothing? Or was it nothing to begin with? Maybe the next election we should have a candidate whose platform personality and name is nothing. They too could be elected.:D

There's a persistent rumor down here in "North" Texas that Kennedy's brain is a jar of formaldyhyde at Parkland hospital in Dallas.

Maybe they can put Kennedy's brain in Bush's head. But there might not be room. :)

    Backtracking a little-

It's not as innocent as being politically correct. I'm sure you've heard the story of Barbara Bush's Katrina donation earmarked for purchase of educational software from her son Neil's company Ignite!.

If that's not sleazy enough, Neil is a well known schmoozer of sheiks, and investors in Ignite! include Kuwait and surprise, surprise, the United Arab Emirates!:bang::nono:

All of this has nothing to do with political correctness, nor with national security. It has everything to do with big bucks. Not just big bucks, GARGANTUAN bucks!

The Bush family has been joined at the hip to Arab oil money for at least the last two generations, George and George. Prior to that the Bushs' meal ticket was among others, the Nazis! Both connections severely "underreported" and/or underinvestigated by the "liberal media"!

This is a family that to any neutral, objective observer would at least APPEAR to be corrupt to the core. But they manage to maintain a facade of dignity, honor, honesty and integrity. And we tend to believe it because I suspect they themselves actually believe it. The problem is, their definitions of dignity, honor, honesty and integrity are anything that makes money, or anyone that has money.

And therein lies the demise of "values" in this nation, not in abortion or gay marraige or rap music.

But making money with scoundrels is OK, as long as you don't have sex with an intern or want to get married to someone of the same sex. THOSE are big moral issues. Screwing small investors or making money with our nation's enemies is just good clean fun, the American way.

For this reason, Ronald Reagan didn't attack Iraq, because he didn't have his daddy in the oil business!; bingo?. :)
