What would you like to see on Dish Network? Why?
My locals so I can cancel Cox Cable.
The stuff Charlie has promised. Let's get what they've announced up and running before we start looking for more.
dramatically less compression on existing channels
Charleston/Huntington Locals, MTV & VH-1 Suite channels.
All the basic channels DirecTv has that Dish doesn't (Trio, Newsworld International, ANC.... oops, too late for ANC
And Fox Sports Net Ohio with all the Indians games that D* & Cable gets

What Evan said
The Sunday Ticket with all games in HD, And NBC , ABC and FOX in HD. I can dream can't I?
I have a PVR, yet I would like to see West Coast feeds of several channels such as F/X and Cartoon Network.
Also, there are several channels that are carried by the cable companies that are not presently being carried by EITHER DBS Provider. These include:
* C-SPAN 3 (Can't be used as PI channel)
* Goodlife TV
* The International Channel (the only channel I miss from having cable)
* Nick Toons
And, some suggestions won't take that much bandwidth because they are mono audio channels. These channels include:
* C-SPAN Audio
* Yesterday USA Radio
* BBC World Service Audio
I would like to see more locals in HD, ESPN HD, NFL channel, Comcast SportsNet from Philadelphia, and more west coast feeds.
How about Charlie giving us ESPN-HD. before the NFL preseason starts. Fat Chance!
What Jacob S said
CSTV (College Sports TV), Goodlife, CSS and HBO Zone
I'd like to see locals for my area.
I'd also like to see Nicktoons TV, since they show some the older Nicktoons that I grew up watching.
And as a student of German, some German-language internationals would be nice, but I suspect there's probably not enough interest, and they'd probably be prohibitively expensive for someone like me anyway.
