Still odd to me that we get HBO Zone HD but not SD. Also why only the East feeds of HBO2 and Encore? Just doesn't make sense.

I'm getting "721 not purchased" on Encore HD and TMCXHD. I have the Choice Ultimate package. Trying refresh. Anyone else with the same problem?

Yes, was about to try refresh as well. I'm going to be disappointed if they aren't a part of the Ultimate package.

So far my channels have been fine without a reboot.

Did internet refresh, then red button reboot. Still 721 error. I guess I'll need to call customer service after they open.

Super - would love to hear the explanation....maybe there is more to that lack of activation than meets the eye.

The non-movie new HD channels are there and live. Waiting to also hear on the new regional sports channels.

Please let us know what you learn.

After a reboot, they're all there for me, including Encore HD and TMCXHD, and I have the Choice Ultimate package.

Oops. Sorry to blow up your bubble, hdtvfan001, but I just checked my account. I am on the Premiere package right now. I have switched back and forth and I forgot which one I had. Too early in the morning.

My mistake. But I do have the channels.
