Anyone lose MPEG4 LILs in Philadelphia?

Just sat down to check out the local news in HD, but all five HD LILs in Philadelphia are gray screens, and the 771 message was on the screen when I turned on the tube. The SD counterparts and MPEG2 HD channels are working. When this happens, do you call D* to report it? Or just sit and wait? Never happened before, and hard to blieve its an HR20 issue. But who knows?

It's happening all over the country, not just Philly.
