Only way to power it on is by unplugging it. Don't want to get stuck with an HR21 so I gotta fix it.

Anyone got any suggestions, running regular old national release firmware. It seems to happen every other day. Reset button isn't good enough, needs to be fully power cycled.

have you pulled the power cord out of the HR20 and reinserted it? or check and see if it is fully inserted? another thing you could do is leave it turned on all the time and see if it still powers off by itself.

(slime possibility--- But could also be the electric socket itself could have a faulty wire in it and when you unplug and then replug it back in maybe allowing a temp electrical connection.)
