I purchased ESPN FullCourt a few weeks ago. The majority of the available channels do not show up in my guide. If I look up online what channel my game is on I can manually change to the channel and see it, but there is no way of seeing or selecting it from the guide.

I called D* and they told me to push the red button. Of course I don't want to do that if there is another way. Can anyone offer a suggestion? Thanks!

Paul

Are you using a filter? Perhaps you haven't "added" all the channels.

I think this was the problem. I went into the menu and under my favorites I went to the custom filter and clicked "Add Channels I get." That seems to have fixed the problem, thanks!
