OMG, Darnell using the Vulcan nerve grip on the guard was hilarious, only to be followed up with having to tell Joy that yes, he had used that move on her when she wanted 'round 2' -- "I'm not a machine...."

Loved that Crabman was able to help get Earl out with his insider info about the Warden's past life.

And at last and at least Earl is finally free. :D

The big question is what does Earl do for money now that he's out but spent all of what he had on the big party for the inmates.

The only good thing about the prison episodes has been Craig T. Nelson as the warden. I really loved him playing that role and I am sure we will see him again in the future. Also, one of the escaped inmates recognized Catalina right before they crashed so I guess they will bring that up again in a future episode.

"What are the shackles for!?" That was hilarious.

That one inmate was Catalina's long lost love or something. The reason those two are in jail is because, after they "robbed" the casino, the one guy saw Cataline walking alongside the road and crashed his van into the cops. They showed that a few weeks ago.

Was that the episode that they stopped for ice cream? I had forgotten about the fact that they had already showed that he knew Catalina, but then again this season needs to be forgotten.

No, it was the one that explained how Earl got the mobile home (it was his friends who broke out during the ice cream episode).

I thought maybe the warden would hire Earl in some fashion since he needs the money anyway and can help the warden's PR. Plus, Randy already works there.. great for carpooling.

I also figures that the Warden would just hire Earl. As mentioned, Earl would help him, plus they could get the news guy back for a touchy feely piece about rehabilitating the prisoners.

I personally have not liked the prison story arc, but one of the TV and Movie critics at our local paper thinks it is the most brilliant thing ever because Earl had gotten so stale always fixing things from his past. Hmm, I thought that was the point of the show?

DirecTV, please don't make me have to go back to watching March Madness in standard Def! Oh, and the usual begging for AMC and BBC America. You are so close to actually being the HD Leader.
