No HD local channels for KCAL 9 or CW5 for Dish in Corona, CA

I don't get CW 5 and KCAL 9 locals in HD either. I live in Corona, CA in Riverside county. PQ is so bad I hate to watch anything on those channels in SD at all. Can anybody recommend a OTA Antenna. My house is 38 miles from the tower according to Antennaweb.org.
I live down in Temecula (about 30 miles south of you), and I have no problem receiving any of the Los Angeles channels OTA.
I used to have winegard HD-9095 which is an AWESOME UHF-only antenna for long distance reception
but I recently installed a Winegard HD-8200 which is VHF/UHF so I will be able to continue getting all channels OTA from Los Angeles after Feb 2009.
Since you are closer, you can probably get away with a smaller VHF/UHF antenna.
I prefer to use www.tvfool.com
